INGREDIENTS :

(2 - 3 dl)
fire roasted tomatoes
(remove the seeds if you want it less watery)
1/2 cup

onion
1/4 cup
(0.5 dl)
cilantro

peppers
(to desired heat)

lime, juice of
salt,
pepper
and ground cumin, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS :
Purée using a food processor or hand blender.
Season to taste with lime, salt, pepper and cumin.
NOTES :
Fire roasted bell peppers are a great addition, as well as paprika and other spices.
