INSTRUCTIONS :
Mash the avocados and add the remaining ingredients.
Season to taste with lime juice, salt and pepper.
NOTES :
Leave an avocado seed in the guacamole to prevent it from going dark.
If you also make Pico de Gallo, reserve a few tablespoons for your guacamole.
