Guacamole

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 – 3 avocados (must be ripe)
  • 4 tbsp tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
  • 1/2 jalapeƱo, deseeded (optional)
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • Mash the avocados and add the remaining ingredients.
  • Season to taste with lime juice, salt and pepper.

NOTES :

Leave an avocado seed in the guacamole to prevent it from going dark.
If you also make Pico de Gallo, reserve a few tablespoons for your guacamole.

Mix and season with lime, salt and pepper.
