INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 – 2 tomatoes, deseeded
  • 2 – 3 tbsp onion (white is traditional)
  • 1 pepper, deseeded (optional, serrano is traditional)
  • 1/2 cup (1 dl) cilantro
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • Chop/dice tomatoes, onion, pepper and cilantro into 1/2 inch (1 cm) pieces.
  • Season with lime, salt and pepper to taste.
