Hovmästarsås (Dill & Mustard Sauce)

INGREDIENTS :

  • 4 tbsp mustard (I use half Dijon, half spicy brown)
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup (2 dl) neutral oil (I prefer Crisco pure canola oil)
  • 1/4 cup (0.5 dl) fresh dill, chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • Whisk mustard, vinegar and sugar, then add oil a tablespoon at a time to emulsify (thicken).
  • Finish with dill and spices.
