  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Matte Icing

  • 1 (2 tbsp) egg white

Glossy Icing

  • 1 tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1/2 – 1 tbsp water

  • gel food coloring (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • Beat with an electric mixer, divide into bowls and mix with desired food coloring.
  • Dilute with a few drops of water to make it runnier (for filling in outlines or coating).
  • Store leftovers in plastic bags.
