(700 g)
thinly sliced pork
(butt roast or similar)

(optional, but highly recommended)

INSTRUCTIONS :
Blend all ingredients (except the pork) using a food processor or hand blender.
Mix with the meat and refrigerate for 2 - 24 hours.
Grill until the pork is fully cooked.
