INSTRUCTIONS :
In a pan, melt sugar, butter and hot sauce (if used). Stir to combine.
Add pecans and stir to coat. Remove from heat before the sugar burns.
Spread on a sheet of parchment paper and allow to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
