Glazed Pecans

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 tbsp sugar or syrup
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 cup (2.5 dl) chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • In a pan, melt sugar, butter and hot sauce (if used). Stir to combine.
  • Add pecans and stir to coat. Remove from heat before the sugar burns.
  • Spread on a sheet of parchment paper and allow to cool.
  • Store in an airtight container.
