INGREDIENTS :
2 cups
(5 dl)
shredded cabbage
salt
to
draw out excess water
1/2 cup
(1 dl)
lingonberry or cranberry preserves
INSTRUCTIONS :
Toss the cabbage with a sprinkling of salt and leave to drain in a colander or strainer for a couple of hours.
Rinse with cold water and drain. Pat dry with a paper towel (optional).
Mix with preserves and serve with anything normally served with lingonberries or cranberries.
