- 1 - 2 tomatoes, deseeded
- 2 - 3 tbsp onion (white is traditional)
- 1 pepper, deseeded (optional, serrano is traditional)
- 1/2 cup (1 dl) cilantro
- 1 lime, juice of
- salt and pepper, to taste
Chop/dice tomatoes, onion, pepper and cilantro into 1/2 inch (1 cm) pieces. Season with lime, salt and pepper to taste.
