- 1 lb (0.5 kg) fruit or berries
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (about half a lime)
Wash and cut fruit to size.
Mix with lime juice and sugar, then refrigerate until desired consistency. For soft fruit like strawberries, it only takes a few minutes.
Serve with pancakes, waffles, ice cream and other desserts. Can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, but will become softer with time.
