Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 small flour tortillas (my recipe here)
  • 1/2 cup (1 dl) shredded cheese (we use a mix of Monterey Jack and cheddar)

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • Cover one tortilla with the cheese and place another one on top.
  • Cook for a few minutes on each side in a frying pan or on a griddle until the cheese has melted.
  • Cut into four wedges and serve.
