INGREDIENTS :

  • 4 tbsp Korean soybean paste / doenjang (된장)
  • 1 tbsp Korean chili paste / gochujang (고추장), or to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey, rice syrup or sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 – 2 tbsp water (if you like it thinner)

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • Mix all ingredients and serve with grilled meat, chicken and/or rice.

NOTES :

You can dilute the sauce with a little water to make it thinner.
