- 6 small tortillas (corn is best, but flour works too)
- 1 tbsp oil
- dusting of chili powder or paprika
- dusting of onion powder
- dusting of garlic powder
- sprinkle of salt
- sprinkle of black pepper or cayenne
Brush the tortillas with oil and dust/sprinkle seasonings on both sides.
Stack and cut them into 1/2 inch (1 cm) strips.
Spread on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) until crisp and golden, about 15 – 20 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
