- 2 cups (5 dl) fresh cheese (home made, ricotta or low sodium cottage cheese)
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/4 cups (3 dl) heavy whipping cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (1 dl) chopped almonds
- 1 tsp almond extract
Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk flour and sugar, then gradually add the cream, followed by eggs and almond extract.
Stir in cheese and chopped almonds, then pour into a lightly greased pan.
Bake until lightly golden brown, about 45 minutes.
Serve lukewarm with whipped cream and jam.
