INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 small heart of romaine lettuce
  • 1 tbsp Caesar dressing (my recipe here)
  • 1 tbsp shredded or shaved Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup (1 dl) croutons (my recipe here)

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • Wash and tear the lettuce into bite-size pieces, then toss them in dressing.
  • Top with Parmesan and croutons.
