Flour Tortillas
No kneading or rising is necessary to make these fluffy and soft tortillas. And they taste so much better than the ones from the store! Make smaller ones for soft tacos and quesadillas, or large ones for burritos and other wraps.
Quesadillas
Grilled cheese sandwiches, Mexican style. Great with salads, soups or as a quick snack. Fill them with chicken or ham, tomatoes, peppers and onion for a complete meal.
No-knead Artisan Bread
This bread is so flavorful and crusty it is hard to believe how easy it is to make. All you need is a Dutch oven (oven-safe pot with lid) and at least 8 hours for the dough to rise. Prepare the dough in the evening for some freshly baked bread in the morning!
